We will have complimentary meeting rooms available for statewide club associations that would like to meet during the 2018 Gentlemen’s Club EXPO this Aug. 19-22 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Please check the EXPO 2018 Agenda first to make sure your meeting time does not conflict with an important panel session or event. The meeting rooms are set up with tables and chairs. The ACE National Board Meeting, which is open to all EXPO attendees with badges for the first half of the meeting, will be from 4-6 pm on Sunday, Aug. 19 at the Hard Rock.

We encourage you to book your room today at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino since we quickly sell out of our block of discounted rooms every year. Book your room by calling (800) 473-7625 and requesting the “Gentlemen’s Club EXPO 2018” special rate. The room rate is $69 a night Sunday through Wednesday. Ask about special rates in the HRH All-Suite Tower.
If you are a member of a State Club Chapter or a member of ACE National, you can get a 10 percent discount on your EXPO badge. Just call Caroline Ashe in the ED office at (727) 726-3592 to register and get the 10 percent discount.
