From a shy Kentucky college graduate to the reigning EDI East Showgirl Champion, the one “With The Fat Ass” has built her career on storytelling, creativity and the courage to trust her own voice.

There are feature entertainers who perform routines and there are feature entertainers who were made for the stage. Ginger WTFA is firmly in the latter category. Long before she was collecting crowns and captivating audiences across the country, Ginger was simply a young woman from Kentucky searching for a fresh start. Armed with two college degrees and little else, she moved to Kalamazoo, MI, with her sister, couch surfing and staying in motels while trying to figure out her future.
“Honestly, I was probably the last person anyone expected to become a dancer,” she laughs. “I had never worn heels that high before and spent more time falling on my face than looking glamorous.”
What began as a way to survive quickly became something much bigger. Beneath the awkward first nights and uncertainty was a performer waiting to emerge.
“I’ve always loved performing,” Ginger says. “There was something inside me that knew I was capable of more.”
That desire to become more eventually transformed Ginger from a successful house dancer into one of the most talked-about feature entertainers in the business today. Her journey was not without doubt. Despite years of stage experience dating back to childhood theater productions, Ginger struggled with imposter syndrome. Watching competitors perform gravity-defying pole tricks, aerial acts and elaborate stunts often left her questioning whether she belonged. Instead of trying to imitate others, she made a different choice.

That vision centered around storytelling. Ginger began blending theatrical performance, character work and old Hollywood glamour with the sensuality of exotic dance. The result was a style uniquely her own.
“If a Vegas showgirl, a theater student and a wildly seductive stripper all got together and created a feature entertainer, that’s probably the closest description of Ginger WTFA,” she explains.
The gamble paid off. Her victory at Deja Vu’s 2024 National Showgirl of the Year competition gave her the confidence to fully embrace her creativity and launch a touring career. More recently, she achieved one of the industry’s highest honors by capturing the coveted Showgirl title at the Exotic Dancer Invitational.
The winning performance, titled “Gold Digger,” showcased everything that makes Ginger unique as an entertainer. The production combined dramatic storytelling, emotional depth and an unexpected comedic twist that left audiences talking long after the final curtain.
“I wanted people to walk away remembering how the performance made them feel,” she tells us. “Winning was incredible, but knowing my vision resonated with people means the most.”
Offstage, Ginger remains deeply grateful for the opportunities the industry has provided. One of the biggest lessons she learned during her years as a house dancer was that success comes from connection.
“People don’t remember the specific dance move or outfit. They remember how you made them feel.”
That philosophy continues to guide her whether she’s performing for a packed showroom or mentoring the next generation of entertainers. Her advice to aspiring features is straightforward: stop waiting for permission.
“Create opportunities for yourself. Build your brand. Put yourself out there.”
With a tour schedule busier than ever, Ginger shows no signs of slowing down. At the heart of it all is a performer determined to challenge stereotypes and showcase the artistry that exists within the industry.

For Ginger WTFA, her story is far from over. In many ways, the freshly crowned 2026 EDI East Showgirl champion is still writing the next act.
“I spent so much of my career wondering if I belonged. Now I realize the goal was never to fit in. The goal was to create something so uniquely mine that I couldn’t be ignored.”
