PARTIES At Your Club
EXPO Parties The Pub
Seminar 1:  CHOOSING the Party
Fresh, out-of-the-box parties that attract
a newer generation of customers!

Sure, everyone has a St. Patty’s day event where people wear green and a Christmas party where some customer will inevitably show up dressed as Cousin Eddie from “Christmas Vacation.” But that’s old news. What kind of parties and special events are the successful clubs throwing in 2018? The answer is, they aren’t your daddy’s parties anymore! Our club experts will discuss their most innovative party and special event ideas, especially those aimed to attract your newest generation of customers … who have notably short attention spans! Attendees will walk away with specific ideas for special-event nights at their club, while we discuss this topic in a lively, “talk show” format.

Speakers include:
Jerry Westlund is the owner of Pony Clubs/Fantasy Showclubs chain of clubs, and is a major proponent of special events, parties and feature entertainer bookings.
John Miller is the General Manager of the Penthouse Club in New Orleans, a club that has become the leader in the very competitive NOLA club market by having innnovative, outside-the-box events and club promotions.
Mike DeSuno (aka DJ Platypus) is the Entertainment Director for the Rick’s Cabaret club chain, and is also the head DJ at Tootsie’s Cabaret. He also helps to plan, promote and execute the parties and major special events at what is one of the largest and most successful adult clubs in the country.

Seminar 2:  PROMOTING the Party
Rise above the social media and marketing static to make sure your customers know about your special event.

Millennials and centennials are the toughest customers to reach with a notoriously short attention span. Now just imagine you have this phenomenal event planned for your club. You’ve got the theme, matching outfits, decorations and even your staff is pumped up. But how do you alert the world, namely the clamshell that is 20-somethings, about your event? Terrestrial radio and billboards are 20th century methods of advertising. You have to turn to the 21st century, meaning reaching this younger demographic via their phones. So if your idea of marketing isn’t too far removed from The Flintstones, welcome to the new age with our experts’ proven modern marketing tactics. You’ll walk away from this seminar with specific tactics for promoting special events on social media.

Speakers include:
Jenna Gross is the Chief Marketing Officer with Moving Targets, a company which creates and executes measurable marketing campaigns across established and emerging platforms.
Pete Housley is the CEO of Admit VIP, a boutique venue, box office and entertainment management and consulting firm for numerous nightclubs, bars and venues throughout the U.S. Housley pioneered social media and event marketing in Las Vegas, and has lead numerous panels on social media advertising and marketing for the Twitter #140 Conference, AVN, Xbiz and is a past winner of Nevada Electronic Media Awards.

Seminar 3:  EXECUTING the Party
Step-by-step operational instructions for your staff to ensure that the big party you’ve planned is a success!

So you’ve chosen the theme and employed a full-scale promotional campaign. But now that the lights are about to shine, there’s one question you must ask yourself: Are you and your staff ready for a packed club?  There are several elements that go into planning and executing a large-scale adult nightclub event. Executing the party is the last, but arguably most important step in this three-stop process. Our experts will offer tips and instructions on how to plan and execute an event/party that will have existing and new customers raving. Attendees will walk away with a checklist of operational tips and instructions for producing a successful party or event.

Speakers include:
Dean Reardon is the Vice President of Operations for the RCI/Rick’s Cabaret club chain and an industry veteran. Reardon travels across the country from club to club, working directly with managers and staff on executing special events.
Bryant Emiliani is the Regional Manager for Kirkendoll Management, which owns and operates five gentlemen’s clubs in Louisiana, and also licenses the Penthouse Club brand.
Curtis Wise is the owner of the Bucks Cabaret chain of clubs, with locations in Texas and South Carolina. He is also an industry veteran with 35 years of experience owning and operating gentlemen’s clubs.
