One might say you have to have a brass pair to have a career in politics. And in politics, schmoozing clients at a gentlemen’s club is far from revelatory news.

However, having a legendary presidential/campaign adviser show up for a meet-and-greet at a gentlemen’s club is certainly newsworthy.  Roger Stone, who is facing charges of lying to Congress and obstructing investigations into his correspondence with WikiLeaks ahead of the 2016 elections, has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial. In the meantime, however, he’s out on bail—and ready to meet customers at the PaperMoon in Richmond.

Stone will be appearing at PaperMoon Gentlemen’s Club in Richmond on May 4, and he’ll be joined there by Kristin Davis, the so-called “Manhattan Madam,” as the club’s advertisement teases. Talk about an out-of-the-box club promotion!

Mike Dickinson, PaperMoon’s Director of Special Projects, says, “Anytime you can get someone that’s a top-five newsmaker who literally has the President on speed dial to appear at the club, you do it. It’s a no brainer. We are looking forward to fun and excitement we have at Papermoon May 4!”

Financial details about the arrangement haven’t been released, but an advertisement for the club says Stone will appear at PaperMoon in Richmond from 8-11 p.m. Tickets cost $25 and that includes a picture and an autograph. PaperMoon is sure to reap the benefits of such a unique and headlining celebrity function.

Who knows, maybe with a tip and the right entertainer, some state secrets could be divulged! For more information, visit the club’s website or call Mike D at (804) 347-7589.
