Things got a little crazy recently at That 1 Place (is that sort of like ‘That ‘70s Show’?) in Warren, Ohio. And when we say a little crazy … that’s downplaying it a bit.

Situated in a town that’s hard to find on a map, That 1 Place saw its share of strip-club shenanigans this past weekend (June 19). Let’s just say, counterfeit money, mace, face-punching, burglary and booze were just the tip of the iceberg on this one.

According to a police report, officers were called about 9:04 p.m. to That 1 Place. An entertainer told officers that an intoxicated customer gave her a counterfeit $100 and $50 bill (the bills had Chinese writing on them, apparently, which seems like a poor attempt at counterfeit currency). When the woman and another customer confronted the shady customer, he responded by punching the other customer in the face. Naturally.

The dancer said she then jumped on the man and maced him in the face. Because, of course.

Screaming in pain (or at least we imagine that’s what happened), the thieving customer took off with the dancer’s car keys and ran. From that point, things only got weirder, as the guy decided that his best option was walking into the home of someone he didn’t know. Oddly enough, said homeowner didn’t seem to mind. According to police, the man, later identified as Darryl Cowan, was intoxicated and told them that the homeowner let him in.

The woman who owns the home said that neighbors had alerted her that someone was inside her house. A search uncovered Cowan, who was reportedly just chilling out on a bed.

Cowan was booked into the Trumbull County Jail on burglary charges. The counterfeit bills and a bag of marijuana seized from Cowan were logged into evidence.
