Bringing in the New Year with Bambi Wilde
Bambi Wilde is a Kiwi, meaning she was born and raised in New Zealand. She began her career in the adult nightclub industry in New Zealand as a member of a showgirl performance team. A modeling gig with Australian Penthouse Magazine led to Wilde featuring as a duo and ultimately solo act across Australia and the Pacific. “After being invited to Miss Nude World 2016, I first came to the US,” says Wilde, “where I now call home.”

Your 10 Questions
ED: What does it mean to be named Miss ExoticDancer.com of the Month for the second time?
BAMBI: I’m so honored! I believe the first time I wasn’t well known here, it was so helpful to be introduced to the American industry in this way. And now that I’m back to featuring full time, I’m so excited to share this with everyone. Everyone I know in this industry is connected to or familiar with ED, so I’m really delighted to be in this important publication again.
ED: How did you get in the industry?
BAMBI: I answered an ad in the local paper for ‘bikini dancers wanted’ at a popular club in Auckland City. I would podium dance for 45 minutes out of every hour of the 8 hour shift or longer. Within three months, I was going nude on stage, then I auditioned for a showgirl team position three months after that. I became a feature and published model two years after that.
ED: Your favorite thing about the industry?
BAMBI: My fellow badass entertainers and industry team members.
ED: Since you are Miss January we have to ask, any New Year’s Resolutions?
BAMBI: I try to adopt a more permanent and constant form of self-improvement. I do still have many goals. I want to return to feature at the amazing clubs that have welcomed me before and come perform at some I haven’t appeared at yet as well.
ED: What’s your favorite travel destination?
BAMBI: I don’t have a favorite. I’ve enjoyed so many places now.
ED: What was it about America that you fell in love with on your first visit?
BAMBI: America really is a land of opportunity. The American Dream is still very much alive for people with talent and good work ethic.
ED: What’s a hobby of yours people would be surprised to discover?
BAMBI: I think I may have mentioned in a previous interview, but I’m an adrenaline junkie. I love bungee jumping, rock climbing, white-water rafting, etc.
ED: Your favorite body part of yourself?
BAMBI: I don’t have one, it takes the whole package.
ED: What gets your motor purring?
BAMBI: Reciprocity, intellectual stimulation and excitement.
ED: What is your favorite saying?
BAMBI: “We’re not here to fuck spiders.
