Summer Reign’s path into feature entertainment may have been unplanned, but her dedication to creativity, connection and authenticity is anything but.

Summer Reign didn’t set out to become a feature. In fact, before she was thrust into the spotlight, the former high school math teacher was focused on grading homework and crafting trigonometry lessons. But a chance invitation to compete changed the trajectory of her career and introduced her to a world she hadn’t planned on entering.

“I became a feature entertainer by accident,” she admits. “I was invited to participate in my first show and it sounded interesting.”

What she found upon arrival, however, was far from what she expected.

“I was shocked to learn it was about more than athleticism or appearance,” she says. “It’s about sex appeal, multiple talents and being personable. Every single feature entertainer I’ve met has all of that and so much more.”

As with most dancers, what stuck with Summer long after that first experience wasn’t the thrill of being on stage or the anticipation of winning an award. It was the women.

“What truly inspired me to pursue a career as a feature was the incredible women I met that day and saw perform,” she explains.

One of the things Summer enjoys most about performing is the creative freedom that comes with building a show from the ground up. For her, that process often begins with props.

“My favorite aspect of creating shows is finding new props and experimenting with ways to use them,” she says.

Experimentation is part of the thrill, and so far, she’s taken a hands-on approach, creating all of her own props and curating costumes that support her vision. Most of her ensembles come from Jacquie, the industry’s most respected and in-demand costume designer.

As she carves out her place as an up-and-coming feature entertainer, she has developed a growing reputation for high-energy performances and commitment to connection. Asked to describe her brand, Summer doesn’t hold back.

“High energy, fun as fuck and lots of hair flipping,” she says playfully. But at the core of her brand is connection, real, unfiltered and unmistakably human. Summer aims to make it clear that when fans chat with her, they’re interacting with her directly. No assistants. No bots. No AI.

“I value authenticity and transparency,” she explains. “I take pride in creating real, personal experiences instead of something manufactured.”

That commitment to authenticity extends beyond the stage, as Summer is already thinking about ways to expand her brand. Blending her love of the outdoors with her flair for creating unforgettable experiences, she plans to launch topless fishing tours in Kansas, slated for the summer of 2026. “Freedom, fun and one-of-a-kind experiences don’t have to be confined to a nightclub.”

Looking ahead a few years from now, Summer’s goals are ambitious but grounded. In a perfect world, she envisions herself booking feature performances every other weekend for nine months out of the year, intentionally taking September through December off. Travel is part of the appeal, but so is the flexibility to enjoy the things she loves most.

“I’d love to travel to amazing places and maybe stay an extra week to go hunting and fishing when the job is done,” she says, picturing her ideal future.

That sense of adventure may be why Summer is so excited to compete in the EDIs for the first time.

“I never imagined I’d be participating in the EDIs,” she admits. Summer will compete in the Starlet Division at EDI East. More than anything, she’s looking forward to sharing the stage with women she admires, and, in true Summer Reign fashion, she’s happy to note that the competition won’t interfere with hunting season.
