In 2019, the Annual Gentlemen’s Club EXPO is going Hollywood — in more ways than one. This year’s host casino is the sharply renovated and dynamic Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. With an impressive variety of modern guest rooms (starting at only $79 per night) and an array of on-site entertainment and dining, Planet Hollywood is unlike any host casino in the EXPO’s history. To further enhance the convention’s location, we’re going to be talking about “stars”—not those on the Hollywood “Walk of Fame,” but those found in gentlemen’s clubs across the country.
“Every club owner would love to have a lineup of ‘stars’ in their venue, whether it’s managers, entertainers, servers, bartenders or floor hosts,” says ED Publications’ Associate Publisher, Dave Manack. “At EXPO 2019, our industry experts will help take today’s up-and-coming staffers and turn them into the ‘Oscar winners’ of tomorrow. And that will start with our first-ever staff-specific ‘ED University’ seminar series.”
The EXPO’s “ED University” training certificate series will include very specific one-hour sessions, and each attendee who attends these seminars will be given a “Certificate of Course Completion.” These seminars will be designed for general managers, as well as for servers, club security, DJs and other club staff, but will also be of value to club owners as well.
“These ‘ED University’ seminars will be designed as ‘hands-on’ and ‘how-to,’ as our experts will provide detailed training on very specific subjects,” says Manack. “This ‘ED University’ program will give club owners and GMs something tangible they can bring back with them from EXPO, and will help strengthen their staff in key areas and turn them into ‘stars’ in their clubs.”
But as always, the Annual Gentlemen’s Club EXPO makes it a pleasure to do business. In addition to the 120-booth Tradeshow, showcasing the top products and services available for the club industry, evening parties, special events and the Annual Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards Show will provide EXPO attendees with plenty of opportunity to network while having a great time. Our Opening Night Party (Monday, August 12th) will be hosted by Vegas’ Hustler Club, while this year’s Awards Show promises to deliver a unique experience, as the brand new Criss Angel Theater at Planet Hollywood will house the multi-million-dollar gentlemen’s club industry’s premier event on Tuesday, August 13th.
